LA FORCE

When I was 4 years old, my dad married my mom. Technically he’s my step-dad, but you lose that prefix when you STEP UP. He’s the greatest athlete I know and my inspiration for always choosing to push my limits and see what I’m capable of.
Hi there. My name is Taylor La Force and I’m an ACE certified group fitness instructor who specializes in private and small group Kettlebell Training. I compete in Kettlebell Sport and am fortunate enough to be the 2019 Kettlebell Sport World Champion for the Double Kettlebell Jerk on 2x16KG. I believe that fitness is best enjoyed in COMMUNITY and that group fitness, accountability, and goal setting is the most sustainable way to maintain a consistent fitness routine. Training should be both fun and challenging and I promise you’ll find both here.
