Kettlebell Sport School

Want to train for your first 10 minute lift, but not sure how to get started? Kettlebell Sport School will take you from novice to KB Sport Athlete in just 10 weeks! We'll meet 2x/week to help you get ready for YOUR VERY FIRST 10 Minute Challenge on Long Cycle. Kettlebell Sport consists on 3 main lifts: jerk, snatch and long cycle (clean and jerk). Each lift is completed for 10 minutes, without setting your weight down. Your goal is to get as many quality reps as possible in 10 minutes. This season we will be focusing on long cycle - the ultimate test of strength-endurance! Come join our community of Kettlebell Sport lifters and become the badass you know you are.
